How can I return a product for a refund?
You can return a product within 7 days of receipt for a refund. Please email email@example.com to initiate the returns process.
The return address will be communicated in the returns email
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2 working days and process. Banking details will be required as we cannot refund your credit or debit card
What happens if I haven’t received my refund?
If you haven’t received a refund within 3 days of receiving our confirmation email that a refund will be processed, please check your bank account again. If you still haven’t received your refund please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
When does the Refund and Returns policy not apply?
Made-to-order items cannot be returned
Orders delivered outside of South Africa cannot be returned
Perishable items cannot be returned
Gift cards/Vouchers cannot be returned
Any item that is not in its original condition, is not in its original packaging, is damaged or missing parts cannot be returned
Who is responsible for shipping costs?
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund
