Project Peter has perfected a protective frame for his grow bed. Trusses were glued to keep the frame sturdy and uprights were kept as a friction fit to allow for future modification. Project A PVC Connectors customer built a frame for a small solar panel (20watt) that was originally intended to power a DIY weather station. Project A talented PVC Connectors Customer designed and built a bespoke L-shaped greenhouse, to perfectly fit the space available in his garden. The greenhouse frame was constructed with 32mm Conduit and a variety of PVC Connectors. The structure was built in square segments for strength and stability joined with 3 way, 4 way and 5 way elbow connectors. The joins at the top of the frame where fitted with 45 degree elbow connectors to create a dome shaped roof. Project Fady built a mammoth 12m PVC polytunnel using Greenhouse sheeting, 32mm PVC Conduit and an selection of PVC connectors. Rebar secured each hoop to the ground, intermediate hoops were joined to the supports that run the length of the structure with the 4 way cross connectors and the terminating hoops were joined to the supports with 32mm Tee Pieces. Project Craig built a fantastic raised bed with trellis extension for use in his greenhouse. The frame of this medium sized raised grow bed was built out of 25mm conduit, and joined with Tee pieces, 3 way and 4 way pvc elbow connectors. Fabric was sewn around the base to house the grow media, trellis netting was attached to the uprights, and a light fitted to the cross bar at the top. Project A custom raised dog bed was assembled after a trip to the local haberdashery for cute puppy print material. The available area in the bedroom for a dog bed was measured out and 32mm conduit was cut to size for a perfect fit. The material was also cut to size, the corners of the material were folded in and loops sowed from the ends of the material to fit around the conduit. The conduit was threaded through the loops and everything was pushed into place. Project A compact custom shade frame was put together to shade a pallet planter filled with sensitive chilli pepper plants. The North facing frame was covered on three sides sides (top, left and front) with a 40% shade netting to reduce the Sun intensity on the exposed sides of the planter. The front netting was left unsecured to allow easy access to the pepper plants.
